Our “be strong” classes are heated to approximately 80 degreeshelping to cleanse the body, use the muscles and gain flexibility. The heat allows the body to open and the muscles to warm letting the student approach postures from a safe place.
Our classes are challenging yet students are always encouraged to know their limits and work within their own bodies. Focusing attention on breath and body posture helps to anchor you in the present and reduce stress.
Our hope at beyoga is that our students will take benefits of their yoga practice, balance, strength and flexibility with them outside of the studio.
